The more recent commissions have included:

Providing services to review and update the MTRC Conditions of Contract for Civil Engineering Works, General Specifications and M&W Specifications for all disciplines to reflect the Commission of Inquiry findings and a further update to conform with the NEC4 suite of Contracts .

The provision of contract services to a Japanese Contractor at Hong Kong Airport, advising on commercial and contractual matters, risk and liability in final accounting as well as the preparation and review of documents and particulars for claimable events.

The provision of the Contractual claim position, resolution of outstanding accounts, risk and liability to the same Japanese Contractor in Doha for Qatar Rail and the preparation and collation of documentation for probable arbitration proceedings. 

The provision of regular quarterly audits on the MTRC status of both the XRL and SCL projects with respect to risk and liability to its contractors

The provision and assistance in the preparation and support to the Hong Kong Airport Authority in a mediation process, requiring audit on the contractors documentation.

The provision of Contract administration, claim review and establishment of the Clients position on one of the Contracts forming the XRL Project, including the settlement of varied works and claimed items, and resolution of the final account.
