Mr. Denholm has significant experience with nearly forty years in South and Far East Asia, having worked in senior positions on a number of building and infrastructure projects for a variety of both public and private sector organisations.
His broad professional experience ranges from contracting to consulting with proficiency in bid preparation, contracts estimating, value engineering and risk assessment of bids and proposals, business corporate establishment, project, contract and commercial management, claim preparation and evaluation and full and final settlement of accounts as well as providing services in the preparation for mediation and arbitration proceedings.
He worked initially in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as Indonesia, Thailand and Macau and has performed specific assignments in Sri Lanka, India and Qatar.
He has worked on urban railways, highways, airports, water treatment schemes, theme parks, casinos, industrial, commercial and residential buildings projects across the region.
He has benefited from a sound multi-disciplined background, both on site and in project and corporate offices which has resulted in a good understanding of both the constructability and commercial and legal aspects of a variety of building and civil engineering works in urban and rural locations within Asia.
